Follow the route of devastation which occured on 21 April 1943, Aberdeen's worst air-raid
Based on data from the 2010 Exhibition 'Aberdeen's Blitz: 21 April 1943' - you will see the sites of some of the worst bombing in the city and compare it with data from library archives as well as hearing extracts from personal testimonies of those who lived through it... Starting at the old Kittybrewster Station, we will follow a line through the heaviest hit areas of the city, ending at the foot of Charlotte Street. A truly unique insight into one of the city's darkest hours.

Terrain: mostly on pavements, one set of steps at Charlotte Street; hills/slopes - Elmbank Terrace bridge, Hutcheon St and Berryden Rd
